Offer Agreement

1.1. This agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and contains all the essential terms and conditions for organising the sale and purchase by remote means, i.e. through the online store.

1.2. In accordance with Art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of a public contract, i.e. the public offer of the online store, is the fact of clicking on the link ‘ORDER’, ‘ORDER IN 1 CLICK’ or ‘ORDER’ and payment of the order in the amount of 100% under the terms of this agreement.

2.1. ‘Public Offer’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Offer’) is a public offer of the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons with legal capacity and all the necessary rights and powers to conclude and execute this Public Agreement in order to conclude a Public Agreement for the sale of goods remotely with the Seller on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer.

2.2. ‘Public Agreement’ means a public contract of sale, which establishes for all Buyers the same conditions for the purchase of the Goods on the terms of the public offer from the moment of its acceptance by the Buyers.

2.3. ‘Order for the purchase of the Goods on the website of the Online Store’ - the items specified by the Buyer from the range of Goods offered for sale, subject to the execution of an application for the purchase of the Goods (through the ‘basket’) on the website of the Online Store or through the Operator.

2.4. ‘Acceptance’ - the Buyer's full and unconditional consent to the Seller's offer to conclude a Public Agreement on the terms provided for in this Public Agreement.

2.5 ‘Product’ - a list of assortment items presented in the online store https://www.posmobrand.com

2.6 ‘Online store’ - the official online store ‘STYLE INSIDER’, located at the Internet address: https://www.posmobrand.com

2.7. ‘Owner of the Website (Online Store)’ https://style-insider.com - individual entrepreneur Zhelikhovska O.V.

2.8. ‘Seller’ - the Website Owner and/or other legal entity or individual entrepreneur who legally posts information on the Website about the goods and/or services that can be ordered. The name of the Seller shall be indicated in the documents for the transfer of goods to the Buyer (transfer and acceptance certificate, invoice, sales receipt, fiscal receipt, etc. confirming the fact of transfer of goods to the Buyer).

2.9. ‘Buyer’ means any legally capable individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur, in accordance with the current Ukrainian legislation, who has visited the Website: https://style-insider.com and intend to purchase and/or have purchased a particular Product.

2.10. ‘Business Day’ means:

for the purposes of determining the term of fulfilment of a monetary obligation under this Agreement - any day, except for weekends and any holidays and non-working days established by the current legislation of Ukraine in Kyiv;

for the purposes of the terms of fulfilment of other obligations - any day on which the offline STYLE INSIDER store is open to visitors.

All references to time mean local time in Kyiv, Ukraine - UTC/GMT +2 hours.

All other terms that are not specifically defined in this Agreement shall be perceived and interpreted in their literal grammatical meaning based on the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, business customs, as well as the purpose and subject of this Agreement.’

3.1. The order for the purchase of the Goods is made by the Buyer on the website of the online store or through the service of the website of the online store https://www.posmobrand.com

3.2. This agreement governs the sale and purchase in the online store, including:

a) voluntary selection by the Buyer of goods in the online store by category;

b) the Buyer's independent ordering on the website of the online store;

c) payment by the Buyer for the order placed in the online store;

d) fulfilment and transfer of the order to the Buyer in the ownership under the terms of this Agreement.

3.3 When placing an Order for the purchase of the Goods through the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information

surname, name of the Buyer or the person (recipient) indicated by him/her;

email address;

contact phone number.

3.4 If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer. In case of failure to provide the necessary information by the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for the Goods selected by the Buyer, and the Seller has the right not to send the Goods to the Buyer until the requested additional information is received.

3.5. When placing an Order (clause 3.1. of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 3.3. of this Offer.

3.6. Acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Offer is carried out by the Buyer entering the relevant data into the Order form for the purchase of the Goods on the website of the online store. In case of additional questions, the BUYER may contact the Seller's support service at:
